Answer:The shoulders belts and waiste belt of the reflective harness are adjustable. A large reflective harness can be adjusted to be a small reflective harness but not the opposite. If you are uncertain if you require a large reflective harness or small reflective harness, I suggest a large reflective harness.
Question: I am a 5'7" male cyclist. Woul you recommend the S/M reflective harness or L/XL reflective harness? I'm concerned that if the L/XL reflective harness / vest is too large it could present problems (not as reflective when flapping loosly ETC).
Answer: The shoulders and belts are fully adjustable. A large reflective harness can be adjusted to be a small reflective harness but not the but a small retroreflective harness cannot be made larger.
Question: Originally I'm a medium (5' 11") built guy but gained a lot of weight, I've decided to exercise to loose it. So this will become handy. But over the long course when I loose weight, will the relflective harness be adjustable?
Answer: I hope you can reach your goals. The reflective harness is adjustable on the both shoulder belts and waist belt.
